three months had passed and it feels like only yesterday i just came for the internship here at AtLife. i remember sitting at the front desk with SH while waiting for Ms Yanty to arrived. we started off abit slow. we were behind time in terms of completing our project and there's lots of things needed to be learn here.

the environment here is awesome. colleagues all friendly and caring. everyday they will joke cause majority are guys here. we are divided into 2. one is called the dark room, the other called bright room. SH and I are in the dark room together with other media colleagues. the bright room is only for the sales person and the front desk.

i remember the time when my shoe just had to screw me. that was the day where im going out with my girls to Mumbai. i can't possibly walk with a 'broken' shoe right. my colleagues was kind enough to give me the super glue to fix it back. and one i will nvr forget how Uncle Karim will tease SH and I. matchmaking us with guys from the office or anyone.

a warm welcome for us to this company and i can't believe that it will be my last day today. fyi, i worked extra 2 wks here and it still ended fast. as i took the journey here, walked up the hill, passed the Hindu Temple, 1929 hotel and chinatown hotel, i try to rmbr this always. a place where i had my first internship.

and im done for the first semester today. next semester, i will be back in school for my study path. insya`Allah, i'll be able to complete everything and graduate next year.

"Malaysia bans Muslims from attending the Black Eyed Peas concert in KL next month."

just wat's wrg in attending the concert. seriously. just because the event is organized by Irish beer giant Guinness. might as well u just banned the group from coming and stop wasting their time there. the prohibition comes amid a clampdown on alcohol consumption among Malaysia's Muslim majority. if that's the case, they should just be like Brunei. banned alcohol from entering the country. no night life where everyone goes back home right after work and slp early. im not trying to be against this cause im a muslim myself and i believe that a true muslim wont get influenced by bad doings easily no matter where they are or who they are with. if their faith is strong, they won't be consuming alcohol even if there's 1000 of ppl ard him doing so.

last month they had a case of a model needed to be cane just because she consumed alcohol. this is not our job to deal with them. it's their own sins and responsibility. why get involved? the only thing we can do is to advise them. Islam didn't state that u need to be cane when drinking alcohol. u only need to be cane 100 times if u have sex before marriage. watever that model did, let Allah punish her but not us. it's common to see muslims drinking ard in a pub or club. not only in malaysia but in other countries too. so why not caned each and every muslim then. the person u shud cane are those who had pre-marital sex.

but don't just banned someone from going to a concert just because it's being organized by a beer company. cause we humans, in life have the right to choose on what we want.

p/s. im not a big fan of Black Eyed Peas though.

GG Outing

i better start blogging before i proceed on with my work right here in the office.

yes, most of my friends are snoring in bed and waiting to party but here i am working. not because i was told to extend but SH and I are working here as part timers till end of the month before they issue our paycheck.

it's not a bad thing working here anyways. good environment, good colleagues and what more, SH and I just bought some groceries last week so that we can eat while working.

i wanted to blog about last saturday. GG had a gathering at ECP and as usual, it was not disappointing at all. it's amazing how this people nvr make me bored to death. there's always something to do and something to talk about that makes us laugh like there's tomorrow. and i wish the day will nvr end. it's been so long since we last met up and the last time we had a get together was more than 3 months ago. naqiah is planning the next outing. uhhh.. finally. heh. u gotta check out our videos. the telematch, our very own video clip and campfire singing. to be uploaded at facebook by Wani. so just wait and see.

Hairstyles

They say that a lady hair is their crown.

Your hair defines how beautiful u look.

Some of us look better in either curly, straight, long or short hair.

Im just here to share the hairstyles that i used to have.

This is my original hair.

it's messy and wavy. with the fact that i really have difficulty in combing my hair cause the texture was rough.

I was irritated with the fact that i can't let go of my hair or it will look like im a missing lion from the Taman Negara. so i decided to soften it by doing a softening treatment. it look so much better compared to my previous hair and i have no problem letting it go.

it's also make it easier for me to bun up my hair and pleat it without having to deal with 'kusut' hair.

after which, i decided to perm it for raya. however, the perm only last for 5 months cause its not easy to take cure of perm-ed hair. the lotion itself is expensive. lots of money is needed.

hence, i decided to rebond and dyed it blonde. it was so cheap at Batam that i couldn't resist it. so this is how i look initially after the rebond and dyed, Golden Monkey. i even tried bangs and it really look sucky on me.

Then Naqiah, did this on my hair during our break. i still can remember my classmate reaction when i walked into the class. they thought they haf just saw an African wanted girl.

After all those hairstyles with long hair, i finally decided on this. to cut my hair short. i spent 6 yrs with my long hair and doing all kinds of things to it. i guess its time to haf a simple hairstyle.

and this is how i look like currently.

i've not yet try balding. maybe i should, in my dreams. once bald, there's no crown! or maybe, just start to wear it when im fully ready. (;

Through the rain

everyone have to move on one day. i know that we have to adapt and accept the changes that is going to enter in our life day by day. be it with friends or anyone u ever knw. i nvr like moving on. being seperate and being different from my close friends. i adapt easily to new environment and it seems like i do have a split personality. Rose and Naqiah are one of my ever close friends. i can't be alone. i need them as my backbone and support besides my family. even if i do get married one day, i will still need them. i can nvr imagine myself being away from them.

yes, i do have other friends but only to this 2 that i could talk heart to heart with. the two of them haf different character. totally different. but it nvr really bother me cause no matter what their characters are, i still love them the same.

whenever im with Naqiah, i feel so secured and safe. it's like she's a big sister to me(note:im older than her by 3 months. hah!). she gave advises that always makes me think and ponder. she's much more mature than i do. she is a decent girl with a decent character and i really find it sweet. we have the same taste when it comes to shopping and we enjoyed each other company. i tend to be as decent as her whenever im with her. it comes naturally.

as for Rose, she's a party kind of person and i tend to go wild when im with her. basically we do everything together cause we know each other since we were 5. whatever she likes, thats wat i like too. we nvr have problem meeting and shopping. we tend to agree with one another decision quickly and nvr hesitate. be it about money matters or the place we wanna eat. and yes, i miss our McCafe hanging out session.

i never wanna move on or move away from my friends. im sure we gonna make it through the rain together.

Xabi Alonso

if there is ever one thing that can make me feel sad for a few hrs, it will be Football news. what i mean by sad is not that i will literally cry or mourn over it. but it's the feeling of disappointment. i've always want my fave club, Anfield, to have the best players. they don't have to be world class player, popular by names or etc. but a rising star.

and so i was reading the news online when i got to find out that Xabi Alonso is moving to Real Madrid. i quickly find my 2 best fellow liverpool mates which is Aameer and Hamesh online. i talked most about it with Hamesh and we both feel the lost. it just feel like yesterday when we were at the stadium shouting Alonso name and singing his song. with banners going, 'pls stay Alonso'. it seems just like yesterday when i saw him on the boat with fellow liverpool mates and now it seems like he's going.

Why Alonso have a big impact on Liverpool supporters?

It is because of his master pass. remember the 2005 UEFA champions league final in Istanbul?

he was one of the heroes. Liverpool was down 3-2 and he equalized by scoring the 3rd goal although initially he missed the penalty.

and i remember looking out for him whenever it come to big matches cause i knw he will be one of the best together with Gerarrd.

Alonso will be leaving but we hafta move on and accept Alberto Aquilani to the squad. let's hope he is better and bring us to glory.

A dream come true

ok finally my blogger is back to normal. the reason why i've nt blogged for the past few day is that my blogger screwed up. hence, i have to keep delaying my entry post about my awesome last 2 weekends. i know its outdated. i just can't help it but to blog about it although im not that enthu as last 2 weeks.

on 25th July, i went to Clarke Quay to catch my fave boys. they were so near yet so far. i was left dumbfounded when Torres was just right in front of my eyes. too dumbfounded that i forgot to take his pic. i ran here and there to catch a glimpse of them. if i were to do the same for my 2.4km the other day, confirm i will pass.

This was while waiting for the boat to arrive. they stated 1.30pm. but we waited till almost 2.30pm.

on sunday, it was the match itself. i meet up with Aameer, Salihin and his friend at the stadium. the previous night, i slept at 6am cause i hang out with my cousins for sheesha and breakfast at the airport. having to wake up at 12pm since mum woke me up to go to 2 weddings. i had lack of slp and therefore i slept during the 10 mins of the match. thank god i was not caught on the camera.

I reached the stadium ard 5pm and it's very hot. i mean hot and not warm! i was sweating so badly in my long sleeve jersey.

Yea, we got a free scarf only entitled to those seating at the Kop Stand.

No pics taken during the match cause the camera die on me. Nevertheless, it was good so that i could concentrate fully on the match.

We met up with Hamesh after the match.

We did not proceed back home after the match. Instead, we waited for their bus.

Everything about the match, atmosphere was Awesome. If only i could turn back time, this will be one of the day that i want to relive.

$88 is nothing compared to the fun we had during the match with other fellow supporters.

it was all worth it.

hope to be in Anfield to witness and relive this moment once again.

Anfield, here I come in 20**.

It is a dream come true for me.
