Event 2: Club Crawl 2009

Club Crawl 2009 was good although i was down with a high fever. i still managed to hang on and join the friends in the fun. it's a 2 days event where the 1st day we, dk girls performed. nevertheless, it's a fun time with them. lastly, sorry cause i was not able to help in cleaning up cause i really can't take it anymore.

Second Day

We were not performing so we ended up taking pictures with all the props. This is the day where u can see my face going pale even when i think my make up was quite thick. The heat in the body was too much.

of pigs and flu

due to the swine flu, kids below the age of 12 is not allowed to enter any hospitals here in Singapore. this totally affected my little sister because she's below 12 and my parents are planning to go to the hospital to visit my grandma who was admitted this morning.
my parents do not know where to chuck my little sister and who to fetch her from school. im totally busy with school and so does my brother.

i don't know who to be blame for this outbreak but im amazed that pig could spread such a disease by sneezing. do pigs sneeze by the way? but only y these animals (chicken, pigs) has such a big impact to the society when you people consume it except for the muslims who don't consume pigs. i only know that pigs are such a disgusting animal who ate back their own shit and lives in such a dirty area. it's expected to have them carrying this disease and worse, ppl consuming it. now, who still wanna eat at Bee Cheng Hiang? i can see that they sell nice, grilled slice pork. if my religion are not against it, im sure would have queue for it once a week.

to know that pig is the 2nd tastiest meat on earth (the tastiest meat is human meat btw) according to those ppl who had tasted all kinds of meat before kinda amazed me. if u think beef is delicious, then pigs and human meat must be 10 times more delicious. am very tempted to find out but do u think i dare? haha. of course not.

watever it is, let's hope these pigs will stop bringing diseases to us, humans. and one last thing, im very proud of a friend who owns a pig sty. because her pigs are well fed and clean. altho she's doing an illegal business, she still maintain a good record for her pigs. (inside joke)

pigs, please be good and spread it only to your species.

Event 1: Bowling @ Marina

There's lots of photos to be uploaded but i'll upload these first. More about club crawl in the later post.

Last Sat, i met up with these cool bunch of people at Marina to have a game of bowling and just chill out. i met them kinda later cause i was having tuition in the afternoon. so it's just a day after that high fever. nevertheless, i enjoy myself together with them.

there were only 6 of us.

We had cookies and big gulp from 7-11 while waiting for our turn to bowl.

Yasa, Lina and I was so bored that we decided to show that kind of face.

Finally, we can bowl! it's girls vs boys and obviously, we won. haha! (note: the bowling centre is sooo rabak!)

Then, we had our dinner at MakanSutra.

i had a good day with the friends altho im not feeling well. now, i miss my girls. really. ='(

A OK

i've been wanting to blog but i couldn't find a perfect time. i was busy with club crawl since tuesday and sadly, i was down with fever too. a high fever to be precise. my temperature was 40 degrees Celsius and u can officially fry an egg on my forehead. i was burning on the inside. i can feel the heat and at anytime, my head can explode. i was trying to control my brain so that i won't get fit or suffer from brain damage. high fever is seriously no big joke man.

my fever started yesterday night in school. i didn't have any energy to walk to the MRT station and worse still, stand in the train cause it will be packed. i had to call up my parents and fetch me. they fetched me at ard 8pm. initially, they wanted to bring me to the doctor. but all i can think of at that point of time was food cause i was so hungry. i only had mcmuffin and prata in the afternoon. so they brought me to Adam Road and i had my dinner there altho i was weak. 

the first thing i did when i reached home was to find my bed. but my mum dragged me to the toilet and told me to take a bath. i did. and after which, i just slam onto my bed after taking 7 tablets of medicine. my temperature was so high that my mum had to sponge me with cold water while i was sleeping. i cough non stop through out the whole night and my mum had to slp with me in case if i dun feel well in the middle of the night. 

i only went to the doctor only today. i was given an antibiotics and i slept through out the whole day at mum's clinic. there was a room that was not occupied. with an air con, blanket, bed and pillows, i slept till 5 where it's time for the clinic to shut down. 

i was too exhausted, as claimed by the doctor and not forgetting, they injected me! 

a new day

good morning humans!

it's back to school for the polytechnic students! as usual, the train was packed, the MRT platform was packed, the walk way to school was packed, u have to queue in order to get on the escalator and etc. i've expected this early in the morning when i woke up. the past few weeks was so good with less people on train. guess i need to survive this morning jam for another month before going for my IPP.

UEFA Champions League Quarter Final 2nd Leg: Chelsea Vs Liverpool

i am still proud of the boys despite losing their match against Chelsea in the quarter finals. if they had won, it will be their 4th time going to the semi finals in 5 seasons.

the game started pretty well with Liverpool leading comfortably 2 - 0 and they knw that they just had to find a goal in order to go through. the penalty was infrantically taken by Alonso and there's hope for Liverpool. however, all my life, i've nvr met a clumsy goalkeeper such as Pepe Reina. with just the finest touch from Drogba, he could save the ball. but no, he didn't did that. he's helping Chelsea putting the ball in. thinking that it could be a consolation goal for them. but he forgot that he's team is on a losing streak. he needs to get his mind straight(note: that explains his bald head). with a goal motivating the opponents, they scored another in a matter of just 6 mins to equalize through a free kick by Alex.

Liverpool missed out their ever motivating captain Steven Gerrard due to groin injury. however, i was expecting them to perform well with Mascherano in the midfield. im sure u know how this boy plays football. he don't have the word tired in his dictionary! he is obviously one of my fave players in the squad! my dad called him "kuda gila". with Reira to replace Mascherano in the 65 mins, i know that there's no way they gonna come back. i don't understand Rafa tactics. the good ones always gt removed while the one he should removed, he didn't do so. i seriously think that Lucas can't perform! a brazillian can never play well in an English league, trust me. English football is different from Brazil and they won't be able to adapt well. and im sure that's one of the reason why Kaka declined Man City offer. he made a good choice, my bf.

the game ended with a 4-4 scoreline and this means Chelsea are through to the Semis meeting Barcelona. let's just hope Chelsea will win this cup for once since they never even had the chance to hold it. it was a thrilling quarter final.

Gather pace

things just get worse today. bad news, one by one received for this week. 

it's only Tuesday and God knows what's gonna happen for the next few days. 

im not complaining cause i know it's part and parcel of life. 

we are living in a world where we can't escape from problems. 

let's hope that i will have a better week ahead and im praying hard for it.

my mother

the person whom i admire most in my life is my mother. no words can describe how much i love her and how close i am with her. i confide in her most of the time be it personal matters or just about anything. we share the same interest which is dressing up.

whenever we go out, we dun look like mother and daughter. we look more like siblings. that's what most strangers thought. it's either i look old or she look young. hahaha. i think it's because she dress up like people ard my age. she's a modern mum who love wearing boots, heels, wedge and other kind of shoes that we young people wear. she wear long dresses that we bought at Vogue or This Fashion.

one good thing abt it is that im able to share my clothes with her and she's able to share her clothes with me. i dun need a sister to share clothes with cause i got my mum. her taste in fashion is better than me. be it in clothings, shoes or accessories.

she love wearing costume jewellery that all her Gold jewellery will ONLY be out on the first day of raya. other than that, it will be sitting patiently in her jewellery box. my mum don't really like wearing gold jewellery when we're out to some functions or weddings. she prefer wearing costume jewellery cause it's nicer and fashionable.

every month, she will buy costume jewellery from Avon. where they sell all kinds of accessories. she love buying so many brooches and i don't knw y. not only we share clothes or costume jewellery. we even share bags and shoes! my mum don't use just an ordinary pasar bag when she's out. all her bags, i hafta admit is so much nicer than mine. so i just had to borrow it from her whenever i wanna go out. so i can save on buying so many bags. hah!

as for shoes, she bought a pair of boots to wear when we went to a concert and sometimes she will wear it to work. because of her, my sister and i wanted to buy a pair of boots. so that we, mother and daughters, can wear it when we are out. how cool! we are also very particular about how we smell. we share perfume and lotions cause we don't like to smell bad.

that's my mum. looking good is her first priority whenever we are out.

some people follow celebrities for their style but i follow my mum for style cause she's my one and only celebrity.

T.G.I.F

it's been 5 days since i blog cause i seriously think that my days in school was so dull that i watched movies and played games most of the time. nvm the fact that my work is stil hanging.

my days after school will be going for tuition and weekend will be stay at home time.  

unlike those days where we will spent our weekends at town, esplanade, memo and i don't understand y at that point of time i was nvr bored of such place that i can like go there every week. but if u ask me out to there now, im sure i'll say it's boring unless there's a purpose.

it's Friday and a stay home there. mum went to Batam with her friends to shop and we'll be fetching here later. so till then, haf a good day all well-discipline human being! 

why can't we live as one?

it was a good day and a good night. 

everything was right. i had fun, u had fun, we had fun. something that rarely happens. 

i thank god for everything that he had given me.

im looking forward to more of this soon. 

oh yes, Liverpool won yesterday. i was at the Arab St cafe to witness the last min goal which was scored by Yossi Benayoun. he should score for making lots of mistakes. let's just wait for tonight's match.

i had fun playing around with the gown that Dad brought home. but no, i won't wear it when im out. crazy or wat?! dah mcm movie enchanted. haha.

i was eating peanut waffle bought from south canteen and they insists that it smells like KFC. there must be something wrong with their nose.

and now, my lab is like pasar malam. giving orders to Daryl to buy stuffs from south canteen.

to those of u who wanna come NYP for a good deal of MacD meal, lunch at Koufu or anything related to the food in the canteen, i suggest u better forget abt it.

due to the babi flu(i like saying babi), we had to take temperature at the Auditorium. not that im complaining but even when u enter any canteen here in school, u hafta present your admin card. if u did not bring your admin card along with u, i suggest u better fast the whole day cause u are nt allowed to go in. i find it ridiculous. thank god i brought my admin card along with me as i didnt have it in my bag the whole of last week.

now it feels like im back in SIT club days where i'll be walking ard wearing lanyard. it's nt a good feeling, honestly.
