routine

i always have problem waking up early in the morning when FYP started. i have the tendency of waking up at 7.30am and ended up late in school. i always gave myself a 10 mins grace whenever i woke up early. this has been a very big problem. i sleep early at night. 10 or 11pm. but i think that all these is due to the time spent in school and afterwhich, i will be teaching tuition at night on certain days. even my weekends is greatly spend by slping as early as 12am. sometimes i do feel so bad for not being able to help my mum at home cause usually, i will be "paralysed" when im home. too tired, no joke. last time, i used to iron clothes for the family. but now, no more. i will straight away look for food, bath and find my minnie to hug. nevertheless, i still hug my mama before i went to slp and even kiss her. heh.

early this morning, we were late, AGAIN. we had breakfast at the south canteen and i packed nasi lemak. they sell nasi lemak for ONLY $1. there's 2 chicken drumstick, 2 eggs, rice and sambal. it's so cheap! i can save my money everyday if i eat nasi lemak. i can't wait to enjoy it later during lunch after spending a few dollars everyday for food at Koufu. expensive lah for school price and the owner there will change. so i suppose the food won't be as nice as before.

im very fussy when it comes to the taste of the food. if u see me not finishing it, it means that the food is not that nice to me. i prefer spicy food and not the dull looking food since i grow up eating spicy food that have been cooked by mum.

it's only tuesday and im looking forward for weekends. oh ya, there will be napfa today. time to lose some weight. hah!

Software build and test infastructure setup

since the lecturers and supervisor are away for a meeting as told by a friend, i think it's safe for me to blog a while before my supervisor drop by.

i used to think that FYP is all about making website, designing it and is something that we have learnt before. so we just had to implement wat we have learnt to our FYPJ. but i was wrong. totally wrong. i forgot that there shouldnt be hundreds of people doing website. or the network, server will be jam(eh?). i was shocked to know that the project i'll be doing is more to networking based. testing of server and stuffs. did i ever told u guys that i hate all networking modules? from year 1 to year 2. i study networking for the sake of studying and i nvr thought of pursuing it. i love to do programming although i struggle on it sometimes and my most fave modules will be the one which need u to memorize and more theory based.

initially, i was struggling super badly okayy for this project. it's a 12 credits module! i was so worried i would not be able to do well. 12 credits = 3 modules. mati kipok okayy. i was complaining to my friends that i dun understand what im supposed to do for the project, how to do for the project, how to run the command line and etc. im on the verge of jumping into the school pond and let all the fishes eat me. but thank god, im too pretty for the fishes to eat me.

but now, im doing fine although sometimes i get stressed up when im unable to solve the codes. and i suspect that i will be presenting alone for this project unlike my other friends who have a partner.

let's have a sneak preview what im doing. my 2 girls might not wanna do this after their attachment. cause WE dislike networking.

im using Visual Studio 2005 to write codes and check in the source code to VisualSVN in my friend's computer. once check in, i should check out my solutions to my own computer. it's the same like checking in and out of the hotel. -.-' then i'll have to configure it. i'll have to ensure that it will be able to build in cruisecontrol.net.

then i will have to run it to see if the build is successful or failed. the red marks there is my errors. hence, it is not able to build. so who can help me in this?

that's basically what i hafta do. now im having problems in sending emails once i've updated the files. i can't seems to get which is the right code to use. so if u have any idea and experience in this, u might wanna help me. hah. -.-'

okay it's back to work while listening to jiwang songs. all thanks to Yasa who insists that i find jiwang songs for him and so i ended up listening to it as well.

my tuesday

while waiting for the server to finish building, i decided to blog a while.

thank God, i finally gt the hang of my FYPJ although it's sort of networking stuffs about ip address, checking in and out of data from server using subversion and stuffs. im gonna be a future hacker and stalker.

recently, i've been on a so called "diet". i did not eat rice at night but instead, i drink cereal. i only ate 'full' meal in school. it's not because i wanna slim down or stuffs. i dun believe that by dieting or to some ppl, not eating, u can lose weight. thats obviously not the right reason. i've been taking care of my diet because i wanna keep myself fit due to the upcoming NAPFA test in wk 12. we are currently in wk 4 and time gonna past damn soon. i dread tuesday becos of this. last wk, during training, i was struggling for my 2.4km run. and im determined to do better each week altho it seems impossible cause im bigger compared to 3 yrs ago where i enjoy running for my NAPFA.

there's training today and im sure my body gonna ache tomorrow. good luck to me.

my confession.

i've been watching football footages at youtube and footytube.com. i own a DVD of the match between Liverpool and AC Milan during the Champions League Final in 2005. usually when im bored, i will watch it times and times again. the match was not a boring one and each time i watch it, i will have goosebumps. it's remarkable to see Liverpool, the underdog, won when they were 3-0 down before half time. the penalty was infrantically taken by the players despite feeling pressured by the surrounding and fans watching them all over the world.

i get really sensitive when it comes to football that sometimes, i feel so happy when my team won. but when they lose, i won't be able to slp very well. that's how attached i am with football. i don't play football but i enjoy watching every min of the game. but that doesn't mean liking football is the same as being tomboy, right? to a girl, football is nothing. football is just a waste of time, watching those people chasing after one ball. football is looking at only those handsome guys and etc. but to me, football is an interesting sport. football is the only sport which will came out in the papers EVERYDAY (if u read the papers lah). football can make u forget about your worries when u are engrossed in it. football can let u vent your anger. football sparks controversy and at the same time, it unites the world where people from all over the world share the same passion and that is only football.

im a football lover and i enjoy being one. i can wake up early in the morning to watch the game altho i know i got school in the morning. one of my biggest wish is to watch Liverpool live at Anfield and feel the atmosphere there. it's an indescribable feeling.

the crowd, the push, the heavy bags, the nyonya kind of feeling was all worth it. im satisfied altho a sum of money was put into it. and there's no reason for me to elaborate more about it. i went home with a contented heart together with a friend. 

Naqiah and I went out for the not-that-first time on saturday to bought some stuffs. we were in the bus on the way to someplace when we suddenly realized we were in some Geylang Street. we saw lots of durian stalls and we decided to grab some durian since it's been some time since we last had one. we ended up sitting in some lorong in Geylang and for a moment, im just scared that someone might come up to us and asked, "How much?" hahaha! we settled down with our big plastic bags and wait for the durian to be served. we enjoyed it very much.

we did things that teens won't usually do whenever we are out. like the other time, we just alight from the bus at Arab St to eat Hajah Maimunah. we nvr planned to eat there. it's just a sudden decision. and we ended up looking like makcik2 eating lauk pauk with a cup of tea. haha. 

ok that's all. im going to eat and after that, watch the big game on tv! 

shop shop shop

hello! im finally home after joining the massive crowd at Suntec for the IT Fair and The Body Shop sale! the place was so packed with humans and animals that kept pushing ard. thank god there's no stampede kind of situation going on there or i will be the first victim for the fact that i was weak since i was soo hungryy! i was going crazy over the stuffs at The Body Shop sale that i spent a sum there. the other friends were done with their IT stuffs at the IT fair.

we then walked to Bugis for late night supper.

im going to shop more tomorrow at charles and keith with naqiah and i can't wait!

sales sales sales! suddenly there's no "recession" in our dictionary. only for this weekend. and it's time to save up from next wk onwards unless there's more sales going on. haha.

We were playing catching at Marina Barrage. Everyone was looking at us cause we kept shouting and running ard like little kids. but i suppose there's nth wrg in having fun right?

early morning

did u guys watch the match between Liverpool and Real Madrid?

oh well, i did. i woke up at 4am and walk to the living room to catch the match. the game was already 25 mins when i watch it cause my dad was already at the living room. the score was 1-0 then and the scorer just gotta be Torres. so i went back to the room and took my comforter out cause the weather was cold, to me at least. but instead of watching the match, i ended up slping at the sofa with my specs on. i will only be awake when my dad shouted "GOAL!". i was so tired yesterday that i can't be bothered about anything else. hence, i won't be able to write a short review on how the game was. for anything else, there's always yahoo and msn webpage for u to find out more right? still, Liverpool won 4-0 on aggregate.

if i knw they gonna win yesterday, i will look for my liverpool jersey and wear it.

and thanks to a friend of mine for being so concern, willing to listen and even woke me up in the wee morning so that i won't miss the match!

okay, i have to do my project now and the room is suddenly cold today!

i can't wait for NAPFA cause im hype up and we, mai, nabillah and I declare that today is a holiday for us.

Random #1

im currently in the kandang of NYP doing my FYPJ. obviously doing FYPJ is much better than doing my IPP in which consists of ONLY calling people up from Malaysia. nvm the fact that i got scolded by some for not calling their bosses or their top management by their status. how would i knw if they hold the title of Dato', Tan Sri or etc. but nvm, it's over.

the project im currently doing is Software build and test infastructure setup. i've nvr learn this before in my 2 yrs of polytechnic life where we have to use VisualSVN, Cruise control and microsoft eclipse. but im so willing to know more about it. another knowledge that will go into my brain. my partner is a chinese girl from IT and we can get along well cause we almost have the same character.

apart from that, im still waiting for the friends to go lunch! im soo hungry and i need food to energize myself for sleeping later. and wait, we are having NAPFA training today. pls pray that it will rain so that the girls won't have to run.

i'll blog again when im bored. in the meantime, my facebook is finally active. thanks to the 131242535 hours of me sitting in front of the comp.

Wedding

it was nice meeting the cousins after so long. not forgetting the gossips. only at weddings, family gathering do we get to see the other cousins. else, we'll be in our own world.

let's pray that tomorrow will be a better day for me. im so nervous!

friday night

yesterday was my last day of work including all the NYP students working there due to some hiccups that occured. we are still waiting for the results on what we are supposed to do on monday. let's hope it will be a better one.

it was nice to meet 3 of my classmates yesterday for a catch up session. i don't think everytime we wanna meet like a last min plan do need an objective right? u don't ask your parents for an objective when they suddenly wanna bring u out right?

we had dinner at Cahaya and damn, my gladiator just need to die at that moment when i was walking. i had to buy a new slipper cause i can't possibly walk by dragging my feet. and due to GST money that the govt gave, s'poreans seems to shop alot cause every store that i went did not have my size! i don't really have a big feet cause im only wearing size 8. it was really frustrating to find my size and the perfect slipper. but i finally gt one at far east for only 10 bucks. good deal but totally not user friendly, yet.

we spent the rest of the night talking and eating brownie earthquake at Taka. it was a short meetup but a good one.

bright days turns dull

im tired and frustrated. i didn't expect it to turn out this way. something way below my expectations. currently, im working from 9am till 11pm. i went to the office in the morning and teach tuitions at night cause the kids are having CA. it's been hard dividing my time when i had to rush for my tuitions. the train is always packed with people and animals. 

shirley have been good towards me since she only needs to take care of me. i'll be drawing funny faces, flowers, hearts or writing names when im bored at the office. watch the clock ticks and wait for 6pm to come. and i'll be so happy like a lion that escapes from the zoo. 

it's only the second day im complaining so much. imagine 3 mths? :(

time to slp and meet those animals and people in the train!
